I get what you mean - and I don't like seeing empty profiles either. I just think there should be full freedom of what people put in those profiles. No need to be stuck in the old a/s/l days

But isn't this a self-regulating problem anyway? People without profiles get less hits and interactions, making them less likely to stay on the app. No need to force everyone to fill in specific details.

It's a problem when most of the messages you get are from blank profiles asking for pics, or, just sending messages that say things like "looking."
Its constant.
Nothing worse than seeing you have a message getting excited, and it says "pics" and its from a blank profile.
There's so many of them they are ruining some sites. You have to scroll a long time to find someone who actually has a real profile.
It would also help filter out the bots.

I'm fine with people being anonymous on text based chat rooms such as this. In fact it can be very hot, if they are good at texting. One can use their imagination.
This isn't that. It isn't even sexy chat, which seems to be a lost art.
What I am referring to, is blank profiles simply messaging you things like "pics" or "looking."
Some of them even get pushy when you don't respond.
The gay apps are full of these.
There's so many on Grindr, that often you can't even find an actual profile.

I really don't have any issues with size, I like all types. But I still want to know something about someone before I seriously chat with them about meeting.

Spot on. I’ve definitely had DMs from bots here. Almost always newer accounts with a couple of weeks of kind of random posts.

Also, be very careful about scammers on Lit, AFF, Squirt or whatever posing as guys who are interested in you. They often want “switch to texting” to get your phone number. Once they have your phone they can identify you (and your wife or boss) and attempt to blackmail you.

I've never minded chatting with someone while they jerk off, if I know that's what they are looking for. I don't understand setting up a meet, then flaking.
