A few possible ideas for soft torture, depending on how much you trust him to follow orders.

1) If you trust him to do as you say, I find the sexiest thing is to not be restrained physically, but mentally. For example, sit him on a couch, naked, then tell him he is not allowed to move until he actually can't stand it any longer.
