Some questions about anal

Well I've been talking with my GF about performing Anal on her and while we're both really excited at the idea (it will be our first times) I just had a few questions I wanted to clear up before anything gets done. Yes I've looked through the "Blank Manual" but it's hard reading through pages of threads for specific questions to be answered. So my questions are,

How important is it to use a condom? Is the bacteria a major risk? Can I cum in her ass? Even with lots of lube will it be painful for either of us?

Last thing first: Go here for the part about the pain and/or discomfort. Buy the book that's mentioned in the thread: https://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?t=327313

Yes, you can cum in her ass as long as you're both disease free.

Bacteria is a risk no matter what when it comes to anal sex. But just like driving a car you can minimalize the risk by taking precautions ... segway to condoms ...

Condoms do a lot of obvious stuff, and one or two not so obvious things in this circumstance, when used with a good water-based lube. Obviously they help greatly in protecting both people from STDs. They also help stop the possibility of bacteria getting into the man's urethra, which can be bad. Very bad. With lube they also help in dramatically reducing the friction and/or discomfort that she may have during penetration and stroking.

If you really want to make a success of this, then it all starts with her. Its her body and she needs to be familiar with it. Read the Blank Manual with her, as well as the thread I put in the link for. If she's really open to this then she'll want that information as much as you will.

Condoms are needed for cleanliness, birth control, and STD prevention. The other risk is switching from anally to vaginally. Always use a fresh condom for each orifice if you plan on doing this to prevent infecting her.

Yes you can come in her ass, but note it is not a viable form of birth control.

It might be painful the first few times for her, but it will get better. I doubt it would be painful for you.

Yes, it can result in pregnancy. The semen could drip out and enter the vagina. It seems unlikely, but it happens often enough.

Thanks for the answers guys. She keeps saying that "oh we don't need a condom" but I don't feel like having an infected urethra :p. She has been getting extremely kinky with me lately even to the point where she's begging to watch a porn flick with me so maybe I'll introduce her to the site. Thanks =)

I've never heard of it happening once. Care to provide documented examples?

I always hear about the possibility of the guy getting an infection by not using a condom, but I have to wonder how common that is. My wife and I have anal sex on a fairly regular basis and I have never used a condom and never been infected; I always cum in her ass. I do, however, always make it a point to take a piss after having anal sex and usually hop in the shower and use the handheld sprayer to thoroughly wash my cock.

Of course, if there is any question of STD's you should use a condom.

Have fun, use lots of lube and let her set the pace. If she says stop, or no more, just stop and either wait until she wants to proceed or try it another time. Anal sex is great and something she will probably really grow to enjoy, but don't rush it, she needs to be very comfortable with the whole process. I honestly think her mental attitude has more to do with it than the mechanics of it.....providing you take you time.

Quoting from an online source: "The only way to get pregnant is if the sperm fertilizes the egg via the vagina, uterus, and finally the Fallopian tube. Therefore, any other form of sex without penetration is unlikely to cause conception. However, any sperm that may be in the general area of the vulva (exterior lips of the genitalia) may work its way into the interior during the course of sexual activity."

I doubt it's likely to get pregnant from anal, but someday someone may say, "I don't know how this baby got here. All he did was fuck my ass."

I'll always concede that anything is possible, but there are so many things working against this happening, not to mention a lack of documentation of this ever happening, that I can't see anal sex as not being a viable alternative for birth control. Especially since I've read reports of mothers both in european countries as well as the U.S. telling their daughters that this is a viable form of birth control when condoms may not be available for whatever reason. I haven't heard a single complaint about those yet.

Like you said, anything is possible--maybe not an oral sex pregnancy, though. lol

You've received alot of good answers, and to them I'll offer the advice that you experiment with a small to medium dildo on yourself first. It will provide a ton of insight into what she's feeling, and might encourage you try to be gentle enough to be allowed to do it again someday.

Well, I s'pose she could spit it on her vulva, outer lips, etc. ...

Slow and easy is the key to making it pain free. Lots of lube and some other kind of stimulation (clitoral, etc.) while you are penetrating. The key to the pain thing is communication and let her control the pace.

Infected urethra. Yeah it's possible of course, but I've never heard of it happening. While anal sex is exactly a normal part of my sex life, I've been there more than a few times and never had this problem. If both of your hygiene is generally good, you clean up afterwards, and especially if you urinate afterwards, I would say the chances are minimal.

One final thought, someone said to use a small to medium sized dildo on her first. This is not a bad idea. At the very least I'm use a finger or two to get her used to the penetration.

Once again, lots of lube and let her control the pace. Especially if she's the one prompting for this. That will make things better for both of you.

Wasn't there a case recently (in Illinois or somewhere) where a woman saved cum in her mouth after a blow job and then used it to inseminate herself?

Also, it might be easier if she's already had an orgasm or two. You can utilize some natural lubrication by going from vaginal to anal (but never the reverse).

This sort of thing is just common enough that men everywhere should beware. There's also been instances of women using the contents of spent condoms. Typically its not they want a kid so much as they want to be attached to some poor sap's wallet for 18 years. But this is off topic ...

I wouldn't recommend this. Natural lubricant is fine for vaginal penetration because hte vagina keeps producing it. For anal it's not very effective because the body absorbs it too fast. You really need a long lasting artificial lubricant for anal sex, especially if you don't have anal sex regularly.

No kidding there. My wife and I have had a couple of instances where she was so hot and horny for some anal that I was able to straight from her vagina to her derriere with zero intermission for extra lube or prep. Those instances were awesome in every way for both of us, but they're far and wide from what the norm is for this activity.

I've gone with and without condoms, and frankly, I prefer with for various reasons, some of which Halo_n_horns mentioned. (That link he posted is well worth reading several times, BTW...it definitely had a part in our success.)

Urinary Tract Infections are less common in men, but unprotected anal sex IS a leading cause in young men (in older men, the big cause is prostate problems). Click me for more info. So, while you likely won't get a UTI from not using condoms, you're better safe than sorry. Plus, protection's always the best way to go with something as risky as anal STI-wise, even if you're 'sure' your partner's clean and monogamous.

Anal Experts......Questions?

Hi All

I have enjoyed browsing through these forums and have learnt a lot. So now with my first post!

DH and myself had tried anal years ago which I hated, so we never went there again. However recently I developed an interest and learned what had been going wrong, so we tried again. No regrets - it was awesome!

The thing is, the next day I was feeling a little sore....like if you've eaten a real hot chilli, or had a bout of constipation. That was ok. I was prepared to go for it again the next day. However, after a little anal play, I felt like I was a little too sore and not ready so we stopped. We had a session of hot agressive vag sex instead.

So the next day I'm feeling a little beaten up (seems I got a bit overzealous during the 'feel no pain' of high arousal). Then the stomach cramps start. I thought it was a little strange because it had been more than 24 hours since the anal intercourse.

I did a bit of reading up, and found out that the lube could have been irritating me (baby oil was all we had to hand), it could have been a little too hard/deep for the first time, and maybe he shouldn't have cum in there?

Whats your thoughts anal experts? I like it a LOT but I don't know if I can handle 2 days of cramping after every time.

BTW I think I'm ready to try again but the whole aftereffects thing is tensing up the essential area!!

Well, first of all, yeah, trying to have anal several days in a row, even as a pro, is gonna irritate the anus/tissue inside the anus...let alone the fact that you're new to it.

baby oil is not a good lube choice. oils in general should be avoided IMO.

instead, try something like Moist brand anal lube, or get KY Jelly to start with, then switch to KY liquid, astroglide, etc.

Cum in your bum shouldn't be a problem, and neither my wife nor myself has ever had stomach cramps anytime after anal, so that I can't comment on. I know when my father in law had a colonoscopy, he complained of cramping.

*shrugs*

Use more water based lube, go slow and easy, and stick to once a week until you really learn to control your anal muscles to allow him easier entry.

I'd also suggest staying clear of oil. KY is good and you can get it anywhere. And don't be stingy with it.

And see your doctor if pain persists.

Baby oil is a really bad idea for a multitude of reasons. I wouldn't ever suggest KY either... it's intended for one-time insertion for medical procedures, and is awful for anal. We've had absolutely fantastic results with silicone lube, specifically ID Millenium (you can get a 16 oz. pump bottle on Amazon for $19.95, which is an amazing deal, and it'll last forever). For water-based, we like Wet Original, but after trying silicone, I doubt we'll ever go back to water-based.

It's been a long time since I had anal without a condom, but I do recall some GI issues after doing so in the past, so after changing lubes, I'd try condoms out. Also, make sure you have a bowel movement not too long beforehand, and that you're completely relaxed and going slow. If you've done all of this and are still having problems, definitely see your doctor, and perhaps a referral to gastrointerologist or proctologist is in order.
