Can you buy camera stuff on ebay? In that case I should maybe check it out (eh, or not!). Gosh, if they have cheap stuff there I'd be stuck. I'm already getting so much into photography and want to spend faaaar too much money on stuff. Want studio lighting!

JK Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter books, teased young fans yesterday about the future of the young wizard during a reading at the Edinburgh book festival.
The writer revealed a few morsels about her hero, including the revelation that he "survives to book seven", although she refused to confirm whether he would grow up to be a wizard.

She also revealed that there were two vital questions she had never been asked about the series which might help to unravel its mysteries.

She said they should be asking themselves "not 'why did Harry live' but 'why didn't Voldemort die?'" The second question, she added cryptically, is: "Why didn't Dumbledore kill, or try to kill, Voldemort?"

Performing her first public reading in Scotland for four years, the 39-year-old author read a passage from her fifth Potter novel, the Order of the Phoenix. It was a far cry from the first time she turned up to the event in 1997 when, as Joanne Rowling, she read to just 30 people in a teepee.

She was asked whether Harry would "grow up as a wizard", to which she replied: "He will survive to book seven, mainly because I don't want to be strangled by you lot, but I don't want to say whether he grows any older than that."

But she remained tight-lipped about the title of her final book in the series, saying: "I'm not going to tell you, I'm sorry. The trouble I would be in if I did!"
