Emergency stay granted. By Justice Brown of all people. AND it lasts for 48 hours after the appeals court decides the petition for a stay of the district court's order in the event that the appeals courts decides to not stay the district court so that the government has time to appeal to the High Court.

She also penned as part of the order that she expects the appellate court to decide that issue expeditiously. I'm thinking that it's a big hint to the appellate court to stop being fucking idiots merely because Trump.
