Sweet Home Alabama, You've Got Mail, Sabrina, Pretty Woman, The Cutting Edge are a few of my favorite Chick flicks.

I love all of the movies both of you mentioned. I also loved Steel Magnolias and of course, Beaches! Thelma and Louise was pretty good too! I love Reese Witherspoon and Sandra Bullock. Did you see While You Were Sleeping? My Big Fat Greek Wedding
and the all time favorite movie when you need to have a good cry, Imitation of Life. Well I guess it really isn't a chick flick, but still good!

Hey pretty good, you just started the thread yesterday and you are already on page 3!

Not sure if this is a chick flick, but we just watched, 'Mambo Italiano'. What an amazingly funny movie.

Hmmm, I have never heard of that one... but if you say it is good... then I will have to check it out.

By the way I saw "Man on Fire" over the weekend and that was great! I am going to see "13 going on 30" That looks good. I like Jennifer Garner.

Imitation of Life is a very old movie. I saw it when I was like 9. My mom was amazed, it was the first movie I ever cried at. She said that I was so cold hearted and couldn't understand when they got their leg blown off that they didn't really do it! It is not that I was sadistic or anything, I just wanted to be real-like. If you get a chance rent it, very much worth watching, it is one of those old time movies. Not modern. Sandra Dee was in it when she was a teenager.

Hi Spenser! How are you this morning. Hope all is well with you.

Imitation of Life that I am thinking about I think was in the '50's. It had Lana Turner and Sandra Dee played her daughter after she became a teenager. Lana Turner was an actress in it and the black lady came to help her out and be her cook and then they became friends over the years and the movie talks about the struggles that they went through with their personal lives but especially with their daughters.

Saw all three Matrix movies too. At first I didn't want to see the first one, I am not really into SCI-FI, but I heard so many raves about it, and I like Keanu Reeves, I really enjoyed it. Reloaded was good, but hard to figure out what was going on. Had to really pay attention. Revolutions I was a little disappointed and of course, I didn't like the way it ended.

I like Meg Ryan in some of her movies, Julia Roberts is usually really good. I love Ashley Judd, Sandra Bullock.

I love Sandra Bullock as well ,I think I like alot of romance type movies but an occasional Comedy, or drama is good for a change too ,I will probably go see" the DAy after tomorrow" just cause the Visual effects look kickass:D

Hi Dream...
Love Meg but I did not like City of Angels. I thought the movie sucked. He gives up being an angel for her and then she dies doing something stupid. I just thought it was stupid. But then again that could be a guy thing.

I saw the first 2 matrix but not the last.
Snake Eyes was on last night on TBS. I really liked that movie. Love Brain DePalma. He imitates Hitchcock so well.

I am a friend of Ashley and Sandra as well. Saw Ashley's last movie and it was very good. Sandra has not done one in awhile, wish she would do another one soon.

Yea I am looking forward to "Day after tomorrow" From the same people that gave us "Indepence Day" which had awesome FX.
I am going to see the new Pierce Broson movie with Juile Ann Moore. I have been a big fan of his since Remington Steele and of course I am a DIE HARD James Bond fan.
