CC ~ It went fine, meeting everyone. There was actually just one I hadn't met before. We had a good time the week we were all together. We did talk about our next vacation. We will have to see. Things like money of course are always needed....

I did get to see Him alone, right before I headed back. That was marvelous as always.

Thanks for asking about Mom. She is doing well. It is just a long haul now with the rehab PT she is doing.

We are cooking out today. My son made cookies, considering he is five.. well the cookies will be wonderful. lol We are also going to drive by a cemetary where my grandfather is buried. He was a vetern, as was my uncle, and many of my male relatives who are no longer with us. We are going to discuss the flags that are flying and the meaning of the day. So a bit of fun mixed in with a bit of seriousness.

It is wonderful to do those things that store up the memories for the children to reflect back on when they are older. I know I remember the times we did things like that when I was young.
