Star City- The Heroes of Tomorrow OOC

Hi there. I joined this site just for this RP. I read a bit and was intrigued by Rose's H Dial. If its ok I would like to use a character not from DC. It is a hero from Japanese t.v.. He is a Kamen Rider with abilities similar to the Dials.

Hello there Zet! Welcome to Lit, it's a wretched hive of scum and villany, but we like it here.

It would certainly be interesting to have a Kamen Rider; it wouldn't be completely unprecedented to have a non-DC character in the storyline, as we already have an OC version of "Agent" Venom, and at least one straight-up OC. We'll see what Lunar says!

If he does say "yes," I really hope your Rider gets to run around with some of the characters in our "Beyond" companion thread, as one of them used to be a Yellow Power Ranger in a past life. XD

Tertius, Vixen mentioned hitting a kitchen a few posts back. Would you mind if they joined her in that kitchen, or would you prefer a different one?

Hey Zet. I know nothing about Kamen Rider, but if you want to throw up a bio and hit me with a link to a decent wikia or something, that would be appreciated. Then we can take it from there. But sounds promising! Yeah hit me with the information and we chat it over.

This week's episode of "Arrow" specifically confirmed that the airdate for the Season 2 midseason finale was the in-universe date of The Darkmatter Event.

My headcanon just got made canon!

I love it. I love her. I *LOVE* them....sooOOOoo much! She really deserves some love....affection...and limelight too, y'know?

...yeah. I'm going to keep putting them in my VR section of my passages, when I post. They need to be heard. And read about. Even if it's just for Bart's sake! ;)

But yeah, great find! I....heh....I want to watch that show now! Go fig, right?

:)))

Finally caught the first episode of Constantine when my IRL buddy was over this past week. I was a bit naive and didn't really know the genre -- and my friend maaaay have took advantage(since I'm not good with horror much -- so. Yeah.

Genre aside. I liked the character. We read DC 52 origin comic right before the show, so that I had some 'knowledge' going in. I definitely see it as having potential. But unfortunately for me personally. Because there are things that go "bump in the night", it's something that...doesn't.....resonate very well. With this guy here. Hehe.

....went on a soft Flash/Arrow binge though, and that was -- as always -- AMAZING! I met Plastique, and saw Felicity cross over there, etc. She's so adorable by the way. You do such an awesome job Miss "ChasNicollette"! ;)

Anyway. Can't wait to eventually watch some Gotham down the line as well....

*wipes forehead* Whew. Okay, glad we got that over with. Sorry if the flirtation was a little silly, but I figured...this guy is young and single and just avoided death by a narrow margin, right after what he saw as a MAJOR rejection by a girl he liked and he is alone in a room with SUPERGIRL. He hadda take at least one shot at flirting with her. He wouldn't be Jaime if he didn't.

Lachy!

Did you know that Arrowette was in the animated Young Justice after all?

I just realized it and confirmed with research!

!!!

Now you're just teasing me, right???

...no. No, reeeeally?

Please? :))))

Speaking of which, let me see if I can't work to getting a Bart post out today mayhaps for the lovely Rose! :)

When Artemis and Green Arrow fight Black Spider in "Insecurity," they're rescuing a man named "Mister Jones." He has a blonde daughter who is delighted by the appearance of the archers. According to the Young Justice Wikia, this has been confirmed to be Cissie King-Jones, and that her mother briefly operated as "Miss Arrowette."

The episode was written by Peter David, bless him.

Awesome! She and I are both looking forward to it!

No pressure if you can't manage it today. But it'll make me smile when I see him, I'm quite sure!

Oh wow. So cool! I'll have to check this out once more, when I re-watch the series once more!

Thank you for that -- it's so awesome to know there's someone out there "looking out" for the Young Justice references -- should there ever be any -- in youuuu! :)))

...yeah. I must apologize. We bought a house in August, and...we just keep finding more 'fun things' that are turning up not working, it seems. Wednesday, it was our outside water from our hose...NOT...functioning at all! So after I mowed the lawn the day before. And then fertilized the day of...I couldn't use the hose to clean anything off or spray the lawn--!

So...I got wrapped up *OUTSIDE* trying to 'fix' stuff a lot longer than I could have possibly thought I might have!

Sorry for the false expectation--! :(

Maybe this coming week though...?

Also it's worth noting that Kaldur, Tula, and Garth appear briefly in "The Flashpoint Paradox" animated feature. They don't get any lines, but it's totally them.

I'm sorry for your struggles, dear. But I'm completely understanding. Fortunately, Rose isn't part of the main plot-thrust at the moment; I'm not sure if she's going to Gotham at this point, so it's not holding her up from anything. No worries no hurries.
