If the order expired, why is Blanch requesting the gag order be lifted? He said he wasn't sure it was still in effect, but you are positively saying it has already expired. Trump, the ex-presidental expert on law, says the gag order is still in effect. Why do lawyers need housekeeping when the laws are so clear and so well understood on procedures? Or is housekeeping needed to clean cleanse the air in the courtroom post-trial?

I noticed his lawyer's letter says Trump doesn't believe the gag order should ever have been put in place. If you want it clarified that it is no longer in effect, why would you attempt to rub crap like that in the judge's face as you ask for it to be lifted?

Guess we hold our collective breaths and see what Judge Merchan says about that housekeeping cleanup request...meanwhile it's nice to see that Trump is trying his best to abide by the order.

Trump still needs a gag in any event, at least one to protect the jury still. He has no bounds. Everybody knows that.
