Fucker! It was HOT today!!! First soccer game of the fall season. The truck temp showed 101. Nothing but sunshine and not a breath of air. Thought I was going to DIE! No, seriously, at my age, I was getting worried about heat stroke. Not good. I am inside now with the AC and fan and I still don't feel good. Fuck!!!

This does not sound good...please say you were drinking loads and loads of water, maybe a Gatorade or the like.

Thank you ladies. I was drinking lots of water but it was not enough.

Really weak and a really bad headache since I got home, but I think I am ok. Or will be. It was HOT and I way over did it today... Headed to bed shortly...
