I've been lazy most of the weekend.. Had to knuckle down and get some chores done around here. Time to cook some breakfast, finish up the chores and get ready for Thanksgiving dinner at my girlfriend's up in Denton.

Aaahhh, finally settled in to my little guesthouse rental in Fredericksburg. It took 5 1/2 freakin' hours to get here - rain the whole way and in traffic jams from two wrecks. But I love this place a Christmas - it was worth it.

Now just need someone to snuggle with in front of this fireplace.

I'm not that far from a lot of people, lots of Litsters! Actually, I like it when it's chilly like this - everything is so Christmasy, with all the buildings lit up, and the fireplace going in the restaurant I had dinner at. Got some retail therapy to do the next couple of days!

I miss living in Houston...Loved seeing Memorial park outside my window...and walking there daily...the beautiful buzz...nothing like it...Texas's version of Central Park...magical place...
