Tres anejos or Sauza Comemrativo for me, if I'm sipping it straight (Yah, not even lime or salt. It's an insult to good tequila). For margarita's, any tequila will do.It is all I drink, prefer Patron' Silver, but Cuervo 1800 is great when out dancing the hot sexy fun Latin dances.....

Chicken with veggies, cheese and ranchero sauce, beans and rice and corn tortillas. Basically, it's fajitas that don't have the chicken cut up with the best red sauce. It's a little mom & pop type restaurant here in town so the sauce is probably grandma's recipe.

Las tiendas de parentes son mejor!
I'd rather eat at a mom'n pop place than a chain store or a high-falutin' upscale eatery.
The food is almost always better, as is the service.

I agree. My very favorite place when I was in college was a place called Mejor de Nada. They had the best hot sauce and the best chili rellanos

The kind of place with the generic chairs and formica tables but also with the freshest salsa & chips and enchiladas with cheese that would stretch all the way from your plate to your mouth.....yuummmm!
