For what it's worth, Wisconsin has had open-carry for years, and Milwaukee is one of the most racially divided cities in the country. It hasn't really been any problem.

The fact that assault weapons is even a topic of discussion in front of the other 99% of gun problems because "they look scarier" I find absolutely fucking preposterous and beyond stupid.
