I'd second and support the nominations for Chloe Tzang and BlackRandl58, for whatever that support is worth.

A writer here can be influential in a number of ways, and both these writers check multiple boxes. Both are good, prolific writers who have the esteem of a wide range of other authors as well as readers. Both published stories in 2019. Both have large followings. Both have organized contests/events. Both are civil and positive contributors to the forums and to this site. I would support either one of them winning.

My choice for Most Influential Writer is J267.

I've been reading in here for quite a while now and the new car smell of excitement has definitely worn off. I was clicking through the new stories and something about the title "The Sacrifice" and the description" A husband and wife witness a strange occurrence" caused me to give it a click. The fact that it wasn't taking ratings also tweaked my interest.

I found the subject matter intriguing from the get go. The story flowed along easy and I was quickly drawn in. All too soon I noticed that my blood pressure was going up, my chest was getting tighter and my heart was just bounding. This story was really affecting me. I was feeling that sought after sexual tension that I have so been craving.

This guy's writing induces dread. You know that old saying 'One gets into big trouble by taking many tiny steps, ignoring one's gut feelings along the way'? Well this story took me on a dark ride to this couple's new reality.

I read the whole thing in one sitting. Both chapters.

Curiosity,Temptation, Addiction, I don't know what it was but it sure did draw me in. My heart was just pounding every time I came back binge reading all his stories over the next week or so.

Every week I go back to his submissions page to see if he has written something new. He has put up another new story since this one and I'm hoping for more.

I can't say enough about the way this writer' stories grab me.

Her long ongoing story “Home for Horny Monsters” certainly touched my dead cold heart

I love the characters, the main story, the mysteries, supernatural elements, the sex, it made me laugh more than I thought and maaaaaybe once or twice really sad *coughs manly*

It also had the pleasant side effect of getting me back on Literotica regularly and checking out a lot of new authors...so yeah, definitely my choice.

He is wodehouse and O Henry rolled into one. I think over the last decade that I have been here, he has been a source of inspiration for many authors like me. For me, he is the greatest writer on Literotica.

I read Literotica for years before ever writing and submitting. I'm inclined to write a certain type of story, and Harddaysknight's stories let me know that the type of story I love to write has an underserved audience here.

He also makes comments to encourage writers he thinks have promise, and also comments to discourage writers that really should never write again. It's tough love.

He's also sent emails to new folk, and that means a lot to someone just starting out.

An ever-present source of support in the contest threads, a fine writer, a contest winner, and not afraid to range out to the edges for interesting elements as the genesis of a story.

She is one of the most amazing erotica writters out there... Buct the most impressive thing I found about her is not her huge talent to hit us right in the feels at the same time that she creates a hot piece of Erotica.

What impressed me the most is that she does that in a wide range of stories in whole set of genres, Tzang has this awesome thing that she writes stories to all tastes here and that IS WHAT I CALL INFLUENTIAL.

And here I was going to say that the most influential author for me was BrokenSpokes. Her Hard Landing story has gotten me closer to writing my own story than any other.

I second Bleep's comment - BrokenSpokes inspired me to tell my story which is in the process of being published.
