Did the bud-pruning today. It's where I trim away all the smaller buds and the fan leaves. Throw the fan leaves out and then drying the small buds now. They aren't at potent as the mature buds, but they will indicate how strong the finished project will turn out.

I have this contraption that will compress what I'm drying into a fairly dense mass and burns slow and steady.
