I hate deer season.
A little 10 year old girl, watching TV was killed in her living room.
I live in rural west central Ohio and in a populated area.
There are a hundred state police cars swarming the area, searching for this creep. This scares me because I'm always hearing distant popping noises,
gunfire?
We're always seeing all kinds of deer and small bears around here...

Leon the Professional…great movie! I think they shorted the US title to just The Professional? Gary Oldman plays the best bad guys!

Another dreary day but it’s warmer and stopped raining. An old friend is playing a small bar up the road a piece and going to go watch him perform tonight! Haven’t seen him since before the lockdowns. Looking forward to some good music! Hope everyone has a nice start to the weekend! Seems the weather may keep some of us grounded, but even those times can be fun! Enjoy!

I front load. I drink as much water as I can from the moment I wake up until dinner time and then I have to remind myself to start slowing down. Sometimes it works like the doctor said. Sometimes I'm still up multiple times in the night.

Love adding chocolate chips to brownies!

So many good ideas to choose from to Rachel Ray that box of chocolate love!!

Chocolate chip - classic. I use the mini size myself.
Still mourning the loss of dark chocolate mini chips.
Those were my all time favorite chips!!

Lots of articles right now says butter is the magic secret ingredient to add to box mixes. I haven't tried this one yet.

I've played with healthy fat substitutes, extras for more moist brownies, mint, peanut butter, protein powder (current experiments).

Coffee can make chocolate flavor pop...

Found a recipe for Lemon Brownies a few years ago. Raves every time - and works for any flavor of citrus I've tried so far!!
