Merry Christmas Eve to those who celebrate

Quick catch up as I wait for my coffee to cool enough to drink

Her family and my parents will be there.... she won't be alone.

Oh good! Glad she won't be alone.

I get it. I dont do holidays with family.... only use they have for me is what cooking and cleaning i do to "help". I tried for many years aand now i dont.....

I need lessons. What's your going rate? And when does the next class schedule start?

I sometimes enjoy myself, and it's the only time I usually see them even though they are in town, so I go. I'm introducing them to a new friend this year, so that will be fun.

My family has been awkwardly chipper about my friend. It's uncomfortable.

Cats are good, kids are wonderful, Mom is Mom like, got some work, and nothing special is going on this year. In other words, simple enough.
