I sometimes enjoy myself, and it's the only time I usually see them even though they are in town, so I go. I'm introducing them to a new friend this year, so that will be fun.

First off I am laughing at your young’n comment. I am definitely in the over 50 club.
Second, while I can not help the commute to the PG I would love to include any recipes on the thread if you’d like to have them there. I posted about a few months back saying ubis and it is still true. You are all welcome.

Thanks again for reminding me, but it can be a long commute down there…I really really liked how you set that thread up. Here is the story of how @Mrswonderer seven seconds of fame. And how I am four separations from Beavis and butthead.

Many moons ago (not too many), she dated a fairly well known rock photographer. He had a lot of ins with people and even with early mtv. He became friendly with Billy Squier, the rock musician. So when he was at mtv studios to make a Christmas vid for “Christmas is The Time To Say I Love You” he was there photograph the event and my wife tagged along.

They did 4-5 takes and it took them many hours.

You can see Mrs Wonderer at the 1:43 - 1:50 in the upper left of the Santa Claus - tall blonde. And of course you’ll see all the old-school MTV VJs: Martha Quinn, Nina Blackwood, JJ Jackson, Mark Goodman…

And some more description of it and the tie to Beavis and Butthead.
