A whole Tonne Bushel of pepper 🤯
That's a lotta pepper!! ;)

Maybe start with cookies and then ask?
From my experience, if/when/how much depends on treatment schedule. So stuff that lasts, is easy, and/or freezes well.
But they mostly eat the same stuff they did when healthy.

Yeah - forgot.
When grandpa passed in Jan of '84 they couldn't bury him until Spring. Froze grounds.

Have they been north to Winter Wonderland before? Know how to drive on snow, etc? Or will they make it up to the hotel and then be stranded because ❄️ 🌨️ 🌨️ 🌨️ 🌨️

It's nice having friends with skillz and toolz

We all did... well, those what's met her 😉

Poor Clyde! Does he need a blankie? 😜

If you're like me?
Set an alarm... maybe more than one  😂
This might be a dumb question but why do I need to set an alarm?

We watch it on MeTV. I really like the old episodes with Henry Blake.
I wanna stream it. No commercials. And the button remembers where I started watching last time. That way it is easier to find where I fell to sleep.
Speaking of falling asleep. I got two of those fell asleep on the couch snoozes this week. Ice is heavy. I love not knowing I was asleep till I wake up like that.

3 of my best friends in the late 70's early 80's before we graduated from high school were happy stupid drunks. So amazing we made it, totally against the odds. And none of us won a Darwin award. Maybe a few black eyes. Some brutal sunburns. We were with adults when the Coast Guard had to find why the boat lost power. And even that is a great memory. We finally got my mom off the Oxy [legitimate for her back] and convinced her to stop drinking [brown liquor before she hurt herself, and we couldn't understand her] , but Mom was was my last best drinking buddy. She held exalted status because once we were all old enough she drank us all under the table. One Christmas night before one of my best and I had a guide to fish the next day, she drank us under the table and took our money. I always lose at poker my friend, son from a different mother did not. My brother in law is fun like that if he drinks enough. My sister doesn't let him get too close anymore. Here in VA. I don't know anyone who drinks but me and the woman. Which is why I am on wine for my libation. I think I still like beer but she claims it made me fat and "slowed me down". Apparently, there was a time I wasn't keeping up my end of the bargain.
I miss the nights in south Jersey where I could walk to the bar. Half the time you didn't know who bought the shots. It was all just a good time.
That show brings back great memories. The first time I watched it my Dad was alive. Maybe that's why I like this thread. We all seem to have values that are somewhat lacking in society these days.
I'm glad you are here.

Wat gave up the booze. The bourbon industry wept, but the rest of the world heaved a collective sigh of relief.
Mom is 92. Her body hurts and I know exactly what she wants.
But with no booze. Unbelievable. I can feel her hug me over the phone again. During the holidays it was so easy for everything to be about her. So blessed. She can still walk with her walker Cadillac. So all we had to do was find where she wanted to be at the table and clear a path to the bathroom.
2 years ago she was OK if it was done. Now she can't get enough. She makes laugh noises and gasps to make a point like she did when I was 10 again.
I am pretty sure I should drink less wine. No one told me so yet. I help fund the industry.

Coastal areas of Tampa Bay could be in for an extraordinary sight Saturday night — snow flurries.

Weather models have shown increasing chances of “Gulf effect flurries,” or a mix of snow and rain, near Tampa Bay’s shores, according to a Wednesday afternoon forecast discussion from the National Weather Service’s Tampa Bay office.
