Hi, everyone! I thought I would just quickly pop in to let you know I'm still here. I'm really sick with a very nasty virus but have been taking care of myself, drinking hot beverages, and sleeping a lot.

I gave a full report to @Missk_2022. She and a few others have been checking in on me regularly. I understand I'm not the only one in this group who is/has been sick. You all take care of yourselves! I hope I can be back soon. I really miss you guys! ️

If you all expect me to be envious of these night-time clubs you form, then you couldn't be further from the truth!!

Thankfully, one of the things I don't suffer from is broken sleep. Never less than 5 or more than 7 hours per night for me but almost always straight through. So I can sympathise (and do) but cannot empathise.

I could try telling you some stories as they often send my friends to sleep

I was up at 4. I get a cumulative 6 to 8 hours of sleep but my BPH means I get up 3 times at least every night. I use naps to supplement my sleep so I get cumulative 8 hours. It’s just not like when I was younger.

He's not judgy. His closest buddy is Panther. The girls can be a little pushy sometimes. As long as they let him sleep, he's good.

Mid 60s -early 70s.
Even small strokes can mess with personality. My mom has a small a few years ago, she refuses to get tests or treatment and for about 2yrs she was 25% mom and 75% this mean depressed person which she had never been before, then she came back.

The good news is she came back. Was she aware of her behavior when she came back? My step father went thru that but passed.

That is funny.... I AM going to attempt to clean out this filter thing on my front load washer. They have pictures. I can't help but think this is totally a boy job.... like fixing the pull cord thingy on my Ibecause people will borrow it and crank on it and pull it out so it doesn't retract..... it only requires a gentle pull... prob because I maintain stuff .....

If you have not done it already then I reccoment checking Youtube. It is amazing the amount of stuff on there. i did for my washer and it was a big help.

Good morning everyone. Well, 3 of the four teams I was rooting for lost, so the sports fan side of me was not a happy camper. Packed up more stuff for our end of year donations, just a couple of more closets to go through. Got to go back to work tomorrow, it it’s another short week, I’m only there Monday and Tuesday.
