The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Sort of torn on this. Had a mustang for a few years, hardly drove it for various reasons. Decided to sell it, and sold it for more than I paid for it. I did get to drive it when I wanted to, and in the end it didn't cost me anything to own it while I did.
Owning and enjoying it for 'free' is hard to complain about.
True. Our Torino is really ready to get some body work. Nearly everything is original and it does have some really nice natural wear and patina. but it’s an old car, and there’s definitely some rot that needs to be taken care of.

So I am on the fence whether to start restoring it… or keep just running it.

If I start putting patches in, I’m never gonna be able to match up the paint.

I sort of wish there was some middle ground on it, but if I wait too long, it will be too late. And I don’t wanna start doing things piecemeal.

Rust (and rot) never sleeps.

Had a really nice day today. It was super warm which helped!

Watched army win their bowl game from last night. Their opponent wasn’t very good. How does an 11-2 team draw a 5-7 team? Well at least they won.

Fixed the kitchen sink. What a hatchet job someone did. I ended up swapping out everything under the sink to the trap. What a shit show.

Then brought pumpkins up into the woods of our farm for our hunters. I also brought a few pumpkins up to the shooting range and had some fun with them.

Found a fallen ash tree so had to cut it up a bit and move it. And I TOTALLY forgot about a birch tree that feel up in the woods. My wife wanted the wood for some yard borders. Mission accomplished.

And did some donuts and off roading on the farm in our side by side. Good dirty fun.

The original team selected to face Army had a lot of transfers because their coach got another coaching job. They couldn’t safely put enough players in the field so they bowed out. Since every other team over .500 got their bowl game the selection committee dipped to a 5-7 team. Personally I think that’s a slap in the face to Army.

Agree. Who was the other team?

Sorry you attended so many meetings. 🫤.

Hoping you get some good steady sleep.

Hope your grocery shopping went well.
I keep waiting... I mean, it's almost 2025!

I'd want different menu items, but...

Still closest we get to these are "smoothie packs"

And someone please confirm this is a prototype. I mean 25 cubes for 1 meal??? Ridiculous! I'd consider 5 - max.
