Like you I haven’t been keeping up (hanging my head in shame). Between work and real life I don’t get a chance to troll Lit as much as I’d like. I did have a good talk with my boss now that he’s back in the office. I feel better about the direction we are going so that should alleviate a lot of my stress. Now I can dedicate 80% of my time to my “special” subordinate who needs close supervision. Ah the joys of management.

I've been subbing Plain Greek Yogurt for both Mayonnaise and Sour Cream for over a decade. Sometimes you need to thin it out a bit for consistency, but it's a great hack. Less fat and salt, more protein. Yum!
