I wish it was that easy. She hasn’t done anything wrong that’s deserving of a write up. And if she did the negative write up would be immediately appealed through the union. That would get management employee relations team involved and those spineless assholes would end up negotiating it down to a verbal counseling that could not be formally or informally recorded (I speak from experience).Write her up for any little thing
