I saw one in my back yard today. It was smallish so probably young.

Had a doe and fawn in the field yesterday. Been waiting to see the fawn. It was running and jumping and kicking around like a little kid. Spinning in circles and just frolicking. The little ones are cute.

Then they grow up into assholes who eat everything I try to plant. Thus the $1000 garden fence!

I’m at corporate zombieland today, but what a difference, driving 20 miles south makes…

While the storm was pretty bad at our place, when I got to work today, all the power was just being restored. Trees and limbs down everywhere. The AC went down so it’s still super-hot inside, but it’s leveling out.

I seriously think maybe a wall
Of wind or a f0 tornado mighta ripped thru here.

Now they are talking about flooding rains- up to 3-4” possible AND the possibility of 60mph winds. I say possibility cuz it could happen, but I also don’t want to downplay it either. Looks like it’ll be an interesting commute home tonight.
