For the band, we need a lead guitarist who can play Santana, a bass, keyboards, and vocals. I think our lovely pink gals, MissK and Lilli, can be the chorus line. Just my thoughts after reading yesterday posts. .

My sister was the cheesecake queen in our family. She always told me how hard they were to make and that I could never make one. Well, I'm here to tell you, they're dead easy to make! I never fuss with the waterbath nonsense. People seem to like what I'm putting out, so there's that.

Morning Spoon. Spent all day at the hospital with my mom. She had a successful procedure and will be home by noon today! One down, one to go. Thanks so much for all the love and support! I means more than you’ll ever know.

I agree, they are dead easy. In my youth, I used to make many different kinds of cheesecake because I had addicted friends who could afford to buy them.

I made the most delicious dinner last night....

1 lb hamburger
The tops of 2 candy onions chopped up.
Some spinach

Sautéed it all til hamburger was done and veggies were cooked to my liking....

Deglazed pan with 1/2 a box of beef stock

Added salt pepper, granulated onion and garlic and some dried parsley

Let it cook a bit..

Then I melted in 7 squares of laughing cow garlic and herb cheese ( 8 in a pack but I ate one a week ago with pretzels)

It was sooooooo good

That sounds good!
