It was like when you are short staffed and they say they have positions posted... that doesn't mean they intend to fill them. Why would they hire someone new when 4 people can do the job (even when they are killing them) human resources supports the business not staffI hope you do as well. IDK why ppl at companies talk about "possible" positions before they're posted. Of course, posting doesn't guarantee a speedy decision either.
