🤢 I remember being the outlier in my family regarding breakfast cereals. That's when I started having peanut butter toast.

Thankfully, the blueberries here still have great flavor. I bought 2 pints last night as they were on sale and looked really good. I'll have them with breakfast - but they will be solo. 🫐 😋

Even my own body isn't always on speaking terms with food 🤷‍♀️
And I like pancakes and muffins - we can leave it at that... no need for the deep dive that reveals I prefer to healthify my pancakes and enjoy a plain bran muffin to the sweetified and fruitified versions :LOL:

I often use an acupressure clip to help with headaches. Aculief is one example. Just makes it easier than physically pinching that spot between thumb and forefinger.

The oil from poison ivy can stay active for a year! So if you have it in your tools, or your shoelaces, or your boots etc, you can keep on getting it.

Worst I ever had it:
1. As a teen, we were partying in a field that must have had a metric fuck-ton of PI. I was super itchy so I took a hot bath before I went to bed. Essentially it was the worst possibly thing to do - it made the oil spread all over my body. Two weeks worth…

2. About 20 years ago I was weeding the garden. I pulled a “weed” out of the garden that was actually PI. Well… the roots have the most concentration of the oil. And then I worked the rest of the day, seeeating, rubbing my head and brow.

I needed up having PI all over my face and head. It was awful.

Both times were about 2 weeks worth of living in fuck city…

My worst was in NJ. I moved in with a woman who owned a grist mill for the 1600’s. Odd shaped house because it was built somehow over a huge rock. On the higher side you walked out at ground level. There was a barn in the brush that looked somewhat like it had been a lawn at some point. I investigated and there was an old model A or model T that had been plundered for parts but otherwise intact. So I set out to clean up the barn and make it last. Kind of rebuild it around the old car. No way I could clean out the inside.
The main house was in somewhat aged disrepair. The kitchen was her project. The main house had the floors finished and all new windows. Yet it was full of holes. We pretty much left the doors open in the day even when we were not there. It was closer to Ringos between there and Princeton with an Amwell zip code. There were 3 cats. Din, Beanie and spotty. I loved listening to the mouse wars that went on during the night.
Anyway, to make it easier to work on the little barn I rebuilt the carb on the push mower and got that running. I mowed a path to the barn and around it. Then decided to mow as much or the yard up there I could.
We named “Atomic Ivy” the New Jersey state weed. I know now not to mow “grass” that has PI in it. And I think the free roaming cats I stole from her continued my rash for quite sometime. She says I stole the cats as Din and Beanie always sat with me. I think I was just warmer. And the girl child had a rule that if a cat was sitting on you that you had to be waited on. I didn’t disturb a sitting cat. Was a great way to save your seat.
