I’m also partial to the Pechenegs, The Avars, The Huns and The Mongols (motorcycle club of course!).

It passed muster with flying colors! So I got this off a feed, but they actually got it off This place; CarlsbadCravings. You have to scroll down a bit but it’s there.

Prep time took a little longer, as it was my first go at it and did follow the recommendation to wipe each mushroom…until that got tedious and I just ran them under water!. My only addition was I added some rotisserie chicken after it was done. I love anything with mushrooms and this was a big hit with the tribe!

Morning all, rainy day here. Lots to do so skipping the walk this a.m., maybe work it in later. Have a great start to the week, will try and catch up later.
