Okay - a few minutes to catch up
Let's jump in...
Rest, Hydrate, Rest, Delegate... and once all that is done? Take a hot shower/bath and then a nap.
Hope you both shake this and get to feeling better soon!!
Gotta keep those tootsies warm!
Oh, if the scarf isn't enough, I add a slouch hat. Lightweight, comfy and usually just enough to keep heat from escaping through my melon

Yay! Glad you got a bit more sleep (aka A Nap). Hoping others were as lucky as B2

We're getting closer to needing Bo to warm up. IYKYK

Is it a win that he's already got Eyes on the Prize??

Hope you get good news!!
Personal Note: I never learned the official name, but we all knew what my uncle meant when he mentioned getting another cement fusion in his spine.
*Heard @Wonderer67 just joined Über Spönges

Hope it all goes well, @Missk_2022!!
the struggle is real... sweets for you and savory starches/carbs for me

Let's jump in...
This thing has decided I'm its life ccompanion and just will not move on!
I'm probably not helping in that I've been really busy lately, too.

Hand warmers can be foot warmers if you put them in your shoes/boots.The scarf was the answer for her!! Also hand warmers!

Oooh, swanky! I like it.I always thought architect sounded good in a job title
Gotta love a guy that picks up around the houseGotta love a girl that drops her underwear![]()
I will try to go back to sleep after he does.
Good morning denizens of the diner. I slept until 530. I sort of caught up on sleep. I hope Wonderer gets some sleep as there were more than a few of up at 2 am.
I don't care how many apps are out there... I see a sign like that? I gas up and pit stop!!There were signs saying, “last gas for 200 miles” and stuff. I pretty much topped off at every gas station!
Sounds like a wonderful adventure... at just the right time!I took 2-3 months. Stayed with people and friends where I could. Camped. Did it on the cheap.
Explored… took every US highway and back roads and tried to avoid interstates.
I hear ya, Brother... I've been up since early Tuesday morning.
*taps foot* I'd say long overdue... who do I need to "have words with", @Boat1?Good morning Lovely Spoonies!
My crewboat should be here in 2-3 hours... I think it's time for a powernap!
My last place was like that - had to tinker with the baseboard heat twice... to turn it down. I've been at my current place twice as long and am still surprised when I get cold wearing a t-shirt and undies in the dead of winter.Slept a bit better even tho' it's too fucking warm here, even with the windows open.
*taps the other foot* Seriously?!? WTAF, @Boat1?The big question is... Where's my fukkin crewboat?!?![]()

If I had horsies, I would do that every day, too!!My sister would sit out and drink coffee in the morning and watch her horses graze.
Got a text from the plumber supervisor. Told him he's thinking about work way too early and he needs more coffee. He agreed.
Momma was taken for another CT scan and waiting for doc to confirm the second break so they can possibly do that fusion cement thing again
Personal Note: I never learned the official name, but we all knew what my uncle meant when he mentioned getting another cement fusion in his spine.
I still need to try farro, but like rice or barley in soup. I just need to remember to strain leftovers when I have them. Part personal choice and part that sciency thing where certain grains act as uber sponges*The judgement is in: farro or rice instead of barley for soup. I must admit that barley makes a good thickener for a stew!

Surgery 12/4
Me. Gall bladder.... and yes at outpt surgery place
I wish you the best of luck. Difficult neighbors make everything difficult.Bloody Neighbours!
SAD lamps can be spendy, but research shows they're effective. There are some decent, inexpensive ones out there now so you can "try before you buy" (i.e. try for small money before spending big money).I'm starting to think the allergens overwhelmed the SAD. Wet rainy days means no allergens in the air, so those were the good days. However, I'm starting to feel it this year.
