I've had a few busy days lately. My trainer canceled on me today so I did errands then came home to do chores and such. I got my exercise by lifting the outside lights boxes out of their rack in the storage room and carrying them to the garage for testing. I found a few strands that didn't light up. Also found some boxes of new, unused strands.
Tomorrow, my friend and her husband are coming here to help me put up the outside lights. My husband always put them up the week of Thanksgiving to turn them on that night. He had a friendly rivalry going with our friends across the street. I'm attempting to continue the tradition.
I also just about finished repairing a tree with lights and presents that hangs on the wall. I've had it for a long time. It needed a bit of TLC. It looks pretty good now. I'm almost done with it. I'll post a pic when it's done.

Weekend is here! Got the tribe off to TX. They should be high over Atlanta or Birmingham by this time. Health & Wellness check on momma today. Probably should do some cleaning for her. She called some ladies that have a cleaning business but they weren’t sure they could work her in on Saturday, so I know if I don’t get over there, she’ll be trying to do it.

I love a turtleneck. Had them as a kid. Have them as adult, although I have to admit, I go mock turtle/half turtle nowadays just because it rarely gets that cold here.
Haven’t been to one in years…not because I haven’t wanted to but all of them closed anywhere near me. If I spy one on the next road trip minus SWMBO…
