That's excellent! This means you likely don't have circulatory issues downstream.

Can you check your pulse? There is a pulse point on the top of your foot, about the middle. Use your fingertips, not your thumb. There is another fairly accessible one right below and slightly behind your ankle.
Thanks!
No luck checking pulse in either foot, but that's probably inexperience checking those points and possibly restriction from laying flat with my knees kinked.
No other sign of circulation issues though, like numbness, tingling, neuropathy and such.

Are you not having pain? If you are, please don't tough it out. This raises your stress level and causes the release of substances that can impact your healing.
Never thought of it that way. I'll find and take some.
Last February, with that horrible flu, I was stacking SOOOO many NSAIDs that I caused some heavy GI bleeding... thus, I haven't touched one since.

I tend to overcorrect like that, as I was born without a "moderation gene." 😆

I have been on each Great Lake except Ontario. They all can get scary in a hurry with the right storm and winds.

At this time of the year, it’s about lake affect snow.
I was fishing with a friend of mine on Lake Superior. It was May and sunny and maybe 65°.

Outta nowhere, it got super windy and the temperature plummeted nearly 20° in about 30 -40 mins. We came back to the boat ramp. It was kinda scary - it all happened so quickly.

Ya the weather can change very quickly and Superior is so large it gets humongous waves and behaves like an Ocean.

10 mg per kg
You weigh 165 lbs so 75 kg
75x10=750 mg
So to err on the side of caution take 600 mg every 6 hrs but i would probably go every 8 hours..

You can also alternate tylenol it is 15 mg per kg so
75x15= 1125
MAX 24 hrs dosage is 3000 mg
So 800 mg every 6 or 8 hrs (dependjng on what you do with ibuprofin)

People think that tylenol and ibuprofen are safe.... they can cause problems . Too much ibuprofin will not only cause gi bleeds but will absolutely KILL YOUR KIDNEYS DEAD... dialysis sucks

Too much tylenol and will kill your liver DEAD....cirrhosis jaundice and taps to remove ascites from your belly is no good

Follow me and lils directions... or i will call the goddess and rat u out....HAHAHA

I asked Dr Google.

No, Lake Champlain is not one of the five Great Lakes, although it was briefly designated as the "sixth Great Lake" in 1998 to allow for federal research funding. The lakes that officially form the Great Lakes are Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario.

Brief designation:
In 1998, a bill was passed that included Lake Champlain as a Great Lake for the purpose of accessing federal funds for the National Sea Grant College Program
