Good morning denizens of the diner.

What’s on my mind this morning :

1) Glad to see OM return. Her family first and then us when she has time.
2) The cold and snow came too soon here. I remember Christmas when it was so foggy you couldn’t see but a few feet in front of you. Not this year!
3). Seeing the doctor this morning for follow up on weight loss.
4). Be careful of the Norovirus as it’s spreading this time of the year. Hand washing and don’t touch surfaces if you can do so.
5). My companion in life returns this afternoon (hooray).

Gonna wind down now. Have to try to sneak out and get a fasting blood draw for the annual physical tomorrow morning. Was going try this morning. But couldn't sleep, and wanted a snack at 2am. Fortunately, it's just a walk in thing for blood draws. Maybe a hamburger and fries for dinner weren't the best choice for the day before things like a cholesterol profile.

I thought I was gonna be in Dire Straits. Not the band, but have a bad blood draw. I had two straight weeks of business travel, eating shit, drinking too much, etc.

Had my best numbers since I’ve been seeing this doctor for four years. As long as you’re eating healthy, in general I’ll bet everything will be fine!

Morning, Afternoon, and Evening everyone! Trouble has returned and her whole schedule is off obviously.
I hope everyone has been well but I know with this time of year and how life effects people that may not be the case.
I've missed being on and everyone of you. I'm hoping my travels may be by car to work and maybe to the store.
I'll be on as much as I can to reconnect with everyone. I had trouble sleeping in this pointy hat. And I'm now the queen of a small enclave of Mommastan. Please don't ask how that happened.

I would do a whole family if someone comes and saves me from driving in the snow and cleans off my car, shivels snow so my parents dont fall and pretty much anything to do with snow..... my ability to deal with this level of stress about everything with the snow on top is a lot...

But there is noone to save me so i will have to toughen up and deal
