You take it in its ionic state not as a solid. It’s water soluble that way. I will leave to our nurse and other medical professionals about supplements!

Just catching up…walked my 3…had taken the last couple off due to holiday fun and fare. Now back to it. Saw lots of new faces I can only assume are the New Years Rezz types. Two are definitely welcome additions

Back at the landlady #2 estate. The little girl cats were happeh to see me. Got a long weasel meeting tomorrow - all kids of weasels. I did go onto the MS Teams Weekly Lie-athon/Bitch Session, first one since they pissed me off in August. Got a Hella-compliment. The owner guy said, "when Wat's there, things go along smoothly, and it's when he goes to the next job that we have problems." Meaning, toothless things turn to shit. Oh, we on a call yesterday where toothless was asked how something happened and he said that a call wasn't made. It was 127.75% his responsibility to make said call, the simple cunt.

Been pretty damn cold on the hill as we start the year but beautiful and the boys are as keen as ever despite the ice.

Sadly the day ended with Ben tearing his leg openbwhen he misjudged a jump over a barbed wire fence. Fortunately my first aid kit carries a stapler so one of the keepers did it while I held him. The vet is happy and I just have a course of antibiotics for him. Does mean two weeks without him on the hill. Sadly but he will be fine
