Watching the women’s downhill on USA Today. Skiing at over 70 mph! 😱. I see the weather is affecting results too. The clouds moved in. It changes the snow conditions. They have to know the effect on their skis.

Let’s start with the positive stuff … Lili you make a good tart. You even remembered I love my tart drizzled in cream! Out of the oven it looks superb!
Thank you, G! Yes, I am a good t..., er, I mean..., I did make a good tart for my first time! Thank you for your guidance on that. It seemed hard, but I think it was just the recipe I picked. Next time, it should be easier to make.

Now constructive criticism:

The Bakewell Tart has way too much powdered sugar on top . I said a light dusting not a bloody avalanche!
What??? I like powdered sugar! 😆🤣

Cherry Jam is the traditional recipe so don’t give me that “I don’t. Like seeds” bit
I did research the Bakewell Tart and now know cherry was original. I'm going to just use cherry jam from now on!

Empire biscuits …. Look good if you know chuff all about such things. I told you to put a roundel of icing (frosting) in the centre of about 3/4” dia with a small piece of candy peel in the centre. They just look like Jammy Dodgers without
I don't know what Jammy Dodgers are but, you are right. I was already wielding the sifter full of powdered sugar and just went to the cookies.😅😅 I will make them with the frosting next time!

All in all considering the effort it’s an A- given you must have been tired after dancing your ass off. But next time if you employ me as consultant please take just an itty bitty bit of notice of my words.
