The last time i went on the slopes I spent weeks in therapy for my shoulder which still hurts. I fell so many time I messed up my shoulder from digging my poles in and pushing myself up.

I just made a spectacle of myself. First time (only time) skiing. Bunny hill. Given a 5 minute "How To" by my Scout Leader who couldn't wait to get on the Black Diamon runs. So I knew how things were supposed to work.
Lift chair...
Got to the top... got all ready... stood up ... and down I went... under the chair. Staff yelling at me to stay down... other staff yelling to stop the lift. Then they kindly helped me up... tried to explain what I was doing wrong... then pointed me to where to go to ski down the hill.
They were very patient... but at around try # 15 they politely asked me to take an extended break in the warming house.
Yeah - I just sat in a chair and read my book until everyone else in the troop was done skiing.

I tried liquid iv yesterday and i cant do it. To me it tastes like colonoscopy prep

I don't think so. Pee is pretty clear most of the time. I fail that test, but where you can pinch skin like that on my hand is already wrinkly.

It can be wrinkly, as long as it snaps back.

You have no idea! A good book, I mean a really good read? I don't even see the book... It's like an Immersive Reading Experience.
I see what I'm reading, I hear each character's voice and inflection. I have read through alarms at night - alarms set so I would go to bed at a decent time. I have read through entire nights. I have read through classes - unintentionally.
I have told people they may need to put their hands over the pages of my book so I can't see the words... and they don't believe me - until they try to get my attention.

I try to put some thoughtful, and reflective ones up. And include some racier ones for those that enjoy them. I hope but I know I may offend some with some of them. But I hope there's a good variety. And at least one or two can be appreciated and enjoyed. In March I'll be here 2 years. I know I can be a little rough around the edges, but there's not one of you that I wouldn't defend.
