Hung out at the bar last night with a Jersey couple. They were from Princeton and the husband and I were solving world problems…as you’re want to do at the bar. We also kept up international sports relations by cheering on the Italian and Swedish Women’s Curlers. Be still my beating heart! . The wife could only laugh and roll her eyes!

Good times were had by all but sadly, I had an early morning out west so had to bid farewell. Nice folks they were.

Pushing further west across the Sierra Madre today. Good time to be out west as we passed over that system getting ready to hit the east coast. Hopefully it’s just a rain event as temps have warmed it seems. It was windy and turbulent though. Stay dry and safe my friends!

the situation has opted for a resolution of refusing treatment and food, and I've spent many hours driving people from homes to hospitals and back because other people were too upset to drive. I have passed the point of being able to drive. Alex's taxi company is closed until I get some shut eye

Emotionally exhausted is about six exits in my rear view mirror. But my cats are fed, and I have pushed play ona nice documentary about recent discoveries pertaining to spinosaurus specimens, and I expect to be asleep maybe ten minutes in.

I have done the same thing and enjoyed it. Espeicially when they are chasing each other and chirping.

he was this tough as nails vet...jumped outta planes for a job...and life fucked him right up the as..not lube..not even a little spit...man we had so much fun...he had this ol korean wife..im pretty sure she put a curse on me
and i didnt do shit but kee[p him company and not let him forgetrn he was more man thani.

When I was @ 1st grade, Santa got me a battery-operated CB Radio. Was a 3-fer: CB, AM, FM. This little thing had RANGE.
Sunday nights I was able to pick up some far away radio station that was broadcasting reruns of the old CBS Mystery Radio series.

Now, I have a lot of siblings that love sweets and chocolate, but they all have one thing in common... a strong dislike of "filled" chocolates.

So this year, the two oldest boys came up with a new game: Chocolate Roullette

First Step? Toss the "cheat sheet" (i.e. chocolate guide) into the roaring fire in the fireplace

Rules?
* Person to your right eats the chocolate
* Person to your left selects which chocolate you must eat

1 point for every chocolate successfully eaten
-1 point for every chocolate you spit out or throw up

Whoever has the most points when the box is empty wins

Y'all - I am not joking when I say that I left the room on about chocolate #3

That game was played for years and years
