The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I've never had a white pizza I dont think you can get that here..
A regional chain did a version with green onion instead of brussel sprouts. I made my own w/ the brussels b/c I don't like green onions.

This was one of the only places that had "white pizza" for a long time. It's more popular now. Very common is the chicken alfredo pizza.

Tomatoes and I are not friends anymore... so I've been experimenting a bit with other options. I find some just too oily for my tastes... and none is a "replacement" for tasty, tasty tomatoes. 😂

@Nightbird IDK about brussels sprouts on pizza - I've only ever seen that in my own kitchen

Hawaiian pizza is a, often controversial, pizza variety topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a combination of ham (or sometimes bacon) and pineapple. Despite its name, this combination was invented in Canada, not Hawaii. It is known for its sweet-and-savory flavor profile.
Origin and History
  • Inventor: Greek-born Canadian restaurant owner Sotirios "Sam" Panopoulos is credited with creating the first Hawaiian pizza.
