I used to like Benadryl but - it's unpredictable for me
Coin toss

Heads - a single 25mg dose puts me out for min 8 hours... hard out. Like "people putting mirrors under your nose" out.

Tails - it's like eating candy. Does Sweet Fuck All - except maybe give me a headache

Rye just fits my palate. I can’t explain why, but I just like it. Doing a little research…It turns out it was the first “American” whiskey…who knew?

This is my current fav, fairly cheap…they have some pricier versions of course…

I have. I want to find the time to sit down and watch the new documentary about Judit Polgar. Judit is the woman who got closest to the World Champion title of any woman. Not the Women's title. The Open title. She is pretty intense in her training and opinions.

Having boundaries is not the basis for a fight. If your family can say no to you, but you can't to them, this is a relationship imbalance. I'm sure you know this. Family can hurt us more than anyone. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. 🫂🫂

Yeah... I know. But everyone else is so much happier when I just disassociate so hard I feel like I am watching a movie. I need out, but I cant get out, so I just hope that when this is done there is anything left of me.
