I just read your other post on meatloaf.

In my mind you were going to suggest putting bacon on top and poke holes to let it seep in.

Kinda gross/kinda funny!

gotta give that grease somewhere to go otherwise you end up with sog But cooking the bacon a good bit first will help minimize that

32.8" of snow reported here in RI at TF Green Airport.

We've eclipsed the total of the infamous blizzard of 1978 although that one was still worse as it was totally unexpected.

I've now been around for two of these monsters and can say

I was 10 in 1978 and thought jumping off the second floor into snowdrifts and no school for over a week was fun.

Now I'm like the guy who plows my driveway won't even be able to get here because they haven't even plowed my street.

Being a live on a small dead end side street, I might not see a plow for some time. Then they're put three feet of snow in the driveway

Now I know how my parents felt

You may get a few days off school, but it is only freezing at night after this. With temps predicted in the 50's I'd be buying a pump and a big battery to run it off of.
