Do you make any?
I haven't for decades now but this year I have very specific desire to improve my mental game.
No it isn't the normal eat better, exercise more, drink less kind of improvement but more on a personal level.
I want to better learn how to live in the moment, enjoy the NOW more instead of always thinking "what next".
Now, after a massive health scare, I'm resetting my expectations and what it means to live. I'm finding contentment. Enjoying things. Not everything is a check box. And surprisingly, "no" is a complete sentence.
