Me either.... I prefer butter for baking and cooking but I hate how I have to keep it out of the fridge if I want to put it on toast, so I usually have both in the house.

I FINALLY found a ceramic covered butter dish on my last thrift-store binge on my trip to the big city. We had them as kids, I havent seen one in a thrift store, ever. This one seems sort of vintage, looks hand thrown because of the slight imperfections.

Now I am out of bread!

And I have to grate some cinnamon.

I did not realize how rare they are until I tried looking for one. I'll keep an eye out for another. If history predicts the future I should be able to find you one within about 2 to 3 years.
