The Canadian is going to announce his 2016 run

Donald Trump goes "Birther" on Canada born Ted Cruz.

The reality television host, real estate magnate, and serial almost-presidential candidate who repeatedly demanded that President Barack Obama produce proof that he was born in Hawaii, turned his attention to Senator Ted Cruz on Monday. In an interview with MyFoxNY, Trump said that Cruz's birthplace, Canada, could be a problem for the Texan's presidential bid.

“Well he’s got, you know, a hurdle that nobody else seems to have at this moment," said Trump, who was born in Queens. "It’s a hurdle and somebody could certainly look at it very seriously. He was born in Canada … if you know … and when we all studied our history lessons … you’re supposed to be born in this country, so I just don’t know how the courts would rule on it. But it’s an additional hurdle that he has that no one else seems to have."

I wonder if Trump parked www.tedcruz.ca

Cruz trashed on social media by students that were made to attend his mandatory announcement at Liberty University.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) announced his campaign for president at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, on Monday. Liberty is a Christian school founded by conservative pastor Jerry Falwell in 1971.

Some students took to social media to complain about the event.
"Announcing here was a genius move on his part. To everyone else it looks like he has an audience of 10,000 young adult supporters, they don't know we have to be here."

"Why are we clapping? I have no idea."

"Everyone at Liberty staff convo just simultaneously laughed at the thought of 4-6 job offers right out of college"

"This is so embarrassing."

I'm thinking it's very significant he announced at Liberty University, who's founder said all the innocent people who were killed on 9-11 deserved to die.

It was done to pander to the religious right without a doubt. Even the students seemed to know that they were being used as a propaganda ploy.

The students were forced to attend Cruz's speech?

I guess "liberty" doesn't mean what it used to mean. I've seen the last three presidents speak, and none of them had an audience that was there against its will.

Convections are held three times a week and all students are required to attend all Convecations

Why are LIBZ so scared?

They were assessed a $10 fine for non-attendance. The very essence of Vetteliberty.

If students are dumb enough to apply to Liberty University . . .

'Birther' Orly Taitz: "Ted Cruz Has 'Basically the Same Issue as Obama"

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, a likely candidate for president in 2016, released his Canadian birth certificate over the weekend, but that's unlikely to end discussion about whether he meets the Constitution's ill-defined standard of natural-born citizenship.

"Clearly there is an issue of eligibility," crusading skeptic of President Barack Obama's birth certificate Orly Taitz told U.S. News. "It's basically the same issue as Obama has."

On paper, a captive audience of aspiring ditto-sheep would be the perfect audience for a religious demagog such as Cruz.

The fact that this hand-picked audience was underwhelmed does not bode well for Cruz.

Now this is too fucking funny.

Ted Cruz is signing up for Obamacare : http://time.com/3757065/ted-cruz-obamacare/

Ted Cruz is signing up for insurance under President Obama’s health care law. The Texas Republican Senator and newly-announced presidential candidate, known for his staunch opposition to the Affordable Care Act, told CNN on Tuesday that he will be joining the millions of Americans enrolled in insurance under the law.
