First rodeo starts tomorrow night in my area

Okay, really excited to know about this.
Give me a mo to compose some questions

Are you skilled with the lasso?

I only watch… but looking for a volunteer to help me with my knotts, it has been a while since i been out of the navy and need to start refreshing my memory.

We’re redoing the whole bathroom, so all the rest could be chosen around this tile… but I’m kind of leaning towards the whole shower in that being too much. Maybe the side wall or floor.

It definitely gives off single wall vibes. Maybe with trim around it? The color palette that goes with this tile is going to be soft! I love it!

1. You say season... how long does that run?
2. Are rodeos done inside or outside?
3. How big is the arena (sorry not sure what you call them)?
4. What does it involve...
a. Lassos? If yes, what gets 'lassoed'?
b. Is it where riders have to stay seated on wild horses?
c. Any other info please

I can tell you that it's a great place to find a future husband..... well thats what my daughter told me. She went to a rodeo here and being the ONLY freaking Latina there, she was the center of attention. I told her she was lucky the other ladies her age didn't try to put her in a barrel!

I can tell you that it's a great place to find a future husband..... well thats what my daughter told me. She went to a rodeo here and being the ONLY freaking Latina there, she was the center of attention. I told her she was lucky the other ladies her age didn't try to put her in a barrel!

You can be entertained with your Corona as I try to find a future husband at the rodeo. No fighting for me though

Around here april- sept. About 2 rodeos a month. We are small time but there are two professional rodeos on the main circuit hosted here

2. Are rodeos done inside or outside?

Depends on the venue, three local venues have indoor, then the rest outdoors

3. How big is the arena (sorry not sure what you call them)?

Arena is right, most around here are around 150’ x 250 so smaller than a football field.

4. What does it involve...

Your rodeo queens from the surrounding areas come out and make anapearance, most queens are some how involved philanthropically and are in highschool getting good honors. They love talking with the kids about the animals.
Bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing, team rope (steer) breakaway roping, steer wrestling.

Calves and steer do get lassoed. Then set free.

b. Is it where riders have to stay seated on wild horses?

There is saddle bronc, bare back bronc and bull riding where the competitors tries to stay on the back of the animal.
