For me it is the movies. The inly place i really enjoy it. I try so hard to replicate that, i even toss in m&m’s, or pretzels, sour patch kids to make it more enjoyable but nothing compares to the year i worked at a movie theater and ate popcorn all the time.

I've probably had subpar Chicago mix because I've never had it in Chicago - but I do like it from the little popcorn stands here.

I've been really into popping my own in this nifty popcorn popper from Amazon... then I melt coconut oil to toss it in and add super fine popcorn salt

My girls call it "mom's healthy popcorn"

However... I do prefer mine just on the border of done and burnt - not burnt to a crisp, singe your nose hairs burnt... but crispy!

I used to work in a cubicle RIGHT outside our break room at work. My work eventually banned microwave popcorn because soooo many people would burn it BAD. I can attest... I was right there!
However... I do prefer mine just on the border of done and burnt - not burnt to a crisp, singe your nose hairs burnt... but crispy!

Alternatively you could finish eating the popcorn and take out the bottom (fold it up) so that your date could sit the pot with the empty bottom perfectly on your lap… and well… you can figure the rest out

Can not say I ever really cared about being discreet…
