Reminds me of the time not too long after 9/11 my wife and I were bouncing around the Pacific Northwest after our Alaska cruise. We went through multiple airports but it wasn't until the final airport on the way home that they checked my carry on and confiscated a miniscule pair of scissors I used to trim my beard. I told the TSA guy "You know, I've been through a bunch of airports and on my way home now you're flagging me?" He wasn't impressed and took the scissors.
