The Cozy Corner

I've discussed this at length long enough to spend concentrated time figuring out alternative addresses.

If I can't have themselves (ooo good one @cheekygirl75 ) ....I want their worn panties....😳😳😳

**Edit** please note I liked my friend Cheeky's "themselves" idea and am not specifying who's knickers I crave.

Dear lord I'm going home now.
had me wanting to heart eye and laugh at this one 🤭

I have a question for the cozy crew

This comes from a conversation with a friend earlier.

If you could have your lit crush/situationship/person/lover/luvaaaaaah send you ONE thing in the actual mail (like... safely - without a spouse finding out, without disclosing your address... you know - magic like)
What would it be?
I agree with @cheekygirl75 . If themself is an option I'd like that.
But if not I'd like something that smells like them.

Feeling VERY positive, happy and upbeat today...
Here's one for all y'all that have found your person and want to SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOP!!!!

Loved this one. Thanks for the introduction.

I have a salad and a piece of garlic toast. I just ate a sumo orange. As far as good…it’s good enough… I like the toasts better at home fresh from the oven and crunchy. But I bake it home and warm the bread in the micro here. So it’s more soft. Long explanation about bread….. I love bread….and potatoes.
Sumos are the best!

Why do I love soft cream filled doughnuts so much? Especially Bavarian cream filled long jons with thick ganache frosting or a really really fresh crueller
Cruellers 😍

Because they are absolutely delicious! That's why!!!

We stopped at a donut shop on our spring break road trip and I got a circus animal donut - not Bavarian cream... but it was filled with the BEST whipped cream and topped with crushed circus animal cookies. Might be my favorite donut ever
That sounds amazing. 🤤

That sounds yummy.

There's a place near me that will do maple icing and bacon on top of a donut. 😍
It’s a classic for a reason. 🥓

All this talk about baked goods is making me hungrier than usual 🙄😁
Me too. It’s delicious torture.

I went back and forth on this myself
But my answer would be a well worn t-shirt

Guacamole Recipe for you beautiful souls

5-6 Avacados
5-7 Roma tomaties (chopped)
3/4 - 1 White onion (chopped)
3-5 Serranos or Jalapenos (chopped) OPTIONAL
3-4 Limes (Lemons work too but you'll notice a different taste)
1 Cilantro bunch (Large)

In a large bowl, toss in the avacados and, using a fork, mash them just shy of being a spread.

Toss in the chopped onions and squeeze in the lemons. Don't worry about salt and pepper until the end. Gently mix the avacados and onions so the lime can work itself through it all.

Now, while the lime is doing it's thing, chop the tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro.
Note: With cilantro, make sure is washed well and cut the stems off no more than an inch fromt he last leaf. This will give you more flavor and texture.

With everything chopped, toss it in with the avacados and onions. Gently mix it all together so the tomatoes don't break down so much and the avocados are still not a smooth paste.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

This is a more traditional guacamole compared to the smooth variety you get at restaurants or the store. If you want it creamy, here's how.

----

In a food processor, toss in the avocados, peppers (optional), lime, cilantro, salt and pepper. Blend until a silky smooth consistency. That's it! It's that simple.

Go ahead and try it and please let me know how it comes out!

This is pretty much the exact recipe that I got when doing a guacamole making class at a Mexican restaurant in Boston. So much better with slightly chunky avocado!

Or if you want the fast & dirty version (not that this one takes long) - get some fresh pico de gallo salsa and add mushed up avocado.

That's exactly it!

You can play around with the onions - red gives it a slightly sweeter taste. Swap jalapenos for serranos or serranos for habanero for that little extra kick.

Different tomatoes have a slightly different acidity and also change the flavor.
