Try knocking alcohol/ coffee on the head during the evenings for a couple of days, also no cheese.

Highlight of the plant haul... There comes a time in every coffee person's life where they buy a coffee plant not to get beans but as an emblem of their passion. Today was that day for me.

To all those that have insomnia, what do think is causing it? Stress? Chronic pain? Sleep apnea? Asking for a friend.

Definitely stress for me. It's like my mind wakes me up saying 'what are you doing resting? We have this to worry about'.

Here's your latte. At least you were able fall asleep again. I just woke up an hour before my run and was annoyed because I had a huge day and needed all the rest. Ah well. Just have to get to bed earlier tonight. Less time for Lit.

What chilli do you grow?

I’m sticking with sweet peppers this years as last years chilli’s were too hot to eat!
