Talking with my dad has not been a problem lately. With all of the storms and tornado warnings lately he has been calling to make certain I was aware of the weather conditions. I love him, but if I ever become that absorbed with following the weather I don't know what I will do.

Kind of the same. He called me this morning and said, “You know the marathon is tomorrow?” Then me being silent for 30 seconds, he finally says, “Yeah, you know”.

I rarely have trouble going to sleep....but I'll wake up at whatever time: 2, 3 and then just be up...THAT is when I have trouble. And yes usually something on my mind something I'm ruminating over. It sucks and it's embarrassing.

I keep debating if I will turn the furnace back on because I broke down last week and turned on the a/c one night. Now it’s a matter of principle that I don’t want it back on. It’s 64 degrees in my house. But supposed to warm up again tomorrow.
