It is amazing how much another 25 minutes of sleep can help.

Laundry is in process. Dishwasher is emptied. I swept my kitchen and cleaned my stove. Now stretching to get ready for my morning workout.

How is everyone else's Saturday shaping up?

Wow, you’ve been super productive and all I did was make tea and stare at my feet. 🙃

Made some cozy green tea, drank it. About to shower and head to bed. Have tennis with friends in the morning.

Tea and attending to your feet could be time well spent. it is all a matter of perspective. :)

I am a creature of habit. After years of sports and early obligations, I wake up with a "must get something done" feeling.

I’m the same way but my hospital visit on Thursday did a number on me and knocked me for a loop.

That is completely understandable. Getting some R&R is important for you now. It has only been a couple of days, so just taking it slow is key. But why am I telling you this? You worked at a hospital and know better than I. :)

Funny, i wake up with a “I just want to crawl back under the covers and hibernate for a month” feeling lol

Im off to shower - sans coffee this time - to try and wash the grit from my eyes.

It does seem like people fall into one of two camps: Stay in bed or get up and get going.

I haven't seen much middle ground.

No shower coffee this morning? :(
 
Well it's peak training season so between running, bouldering and tennis there's not really any sleep-ins until September... I get a lot of satisfaction out of it tho. 😊
Even if it were not peak training season, you don't strike me as a sleep in type.

I don't even sleep in on vacation. I always feel like I am missing out on something, and there is something or somewhere I should be seeing or doing.

I’m saving my coffee for when I take back the kiddo for the next shift..‘I wanna make it nice and strong zabaglione style.
Shower coffee is usually quick and dirty, just brew, pour in the creamer and go
