I have been up for an hour and a half
My dog was sleeping on the beanbag when I got up, she moved to her main level couch when I came downstairs, then she moved to the rug
She has not eaten... she has not gone outside
my dog is defective

My dog on the other hand thought my 4:45am alarm to wake up for my ride was his alarm for breakfast. I had to convince him to go back to sleep, it wasn’t that hard

Oatmeal with blueberries
Banana
Orange juice

I also played Magic a long time ago, then gave most of my cards away when I stopped playing. If I still had those old cards I wouldn't have to worry about paying for my kid's college now.

Fair enough.

That will be tomorrow. After my cardio workout this morning I couldn't talk myself into bacon. But tomorrow I will be having bacon and sausage patties with my eggs (lifting day). I can pickup some hash browns at the store to round out the menu.

The guy I was with dropped with foot issues and cramping. Still two of us together but she and I killed it this morning ...just a short stop to pop blisters and reba dage feet then back on the road
